Feinstein Goes For Broke With New Gun-Ban Bill

Posted on December 27, 2012gun

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.)—author of the federal “assault weapon” and “large” ammunition magazine ban of 1994-2004—has announced that on the first day of the new Congress—January 3rd— she will introduce a bill to which her 1994 ban will pale by comparison. On Dec. 17th, Feinstein said, “I have been working with my staff for over a year on this legislation” and “It will be carefully focused.” Indicating the depth of her research on the issue, she said on Dec. 21st that she had personally looked at pictures of guns in 1993, and again in 2012.  Read more . . .

Oath Keepers Bill of Rights Day Message: Prepare to Fight for Bill of Rights

Today, December 15 is Bill of Rights Day, the anniversary of its ratification in 1791.  Few Americans even know about it.  No doubt every Veteran’s Day you pay proper respects to the men who gave their lives for our freedom, but do you pay proper respect to what they defended with their blood, sweat, and tears?

There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights.”-Marine General Smedley Butler.

Listen to “Old Gimlet Eye” (as Marines fondly call General Butler). He knew what he was talking about.  Here is a man who fought all over the globe for Uncle Sam.  He was the only Marine to be awarded the Corps’ Brevet Medal and TWO Medals of Honor, all for action on separate occasions.  A true warrior’s warrior.  And after all that warfare, after all the combat he saw, that is what he had to say about what was worth fighting for.   Our homes, and the Bill of Rights.  He knew, and understood, that the Bill of Rights is the crown jewel of this constitutional republic, that without the Bill of Rights, there is no America, and above all else, it must be defended with our lives, our fortune, and our sacred honor.

Now there was a Marine who understood his oath (Semper F’ing Fi Marine!).  Do you understand yours?  Do you know the Bill of Rights?  Do you know the history of its clauses and why they were written?  More…

NSA Whistleblower: ‘Everyone In U.S. Under Virtual Surveillance’ (video)

The FBI records the emails of nearly all US citizens, including members of Congress, according to NSA whistleblower William Binney. In an interview with RT, he warned that the government can use this information against anyone. This is what we get for sacrificing our liberty in the name of security, largely during the Bush administration (and of course continued by the hypocrite-in-chief Obama who campaigned on rolling back the surveillance state.)

As reports flood the web about massive voter fraud in the presidential election, a statewide appeal  in Florida is going out today to all Tea Party members, conservatives, and independents to contact Governor Rick Scott to urge him to NOT certify election results in tomorrow’s deadline.  Florida’s U.S. 18th Congressional Race is still up for grabs because (reportedly) the Golden Gate Precinct #93, a mobile home park on the border with St. Lucie and Martin counties, had some 900 votes cast with only SEVEN people registered to vote!  More…

Hurricane Sandy: Could it push back the election?

By ALEX GUILLEN | 10/29/12 3:34 PM EDT

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is preparing for Hurricane Sandy to disrupt next week’s elections, agency Administrator Craig Fugate said Monday afternoon.

“We are anticipating that, based on the storm, there could be impacts that would linger into next week and have impacts on the federal election,” Fugate said on a conference call with reporters.

But any potential tinkering with Election Day would bring a bevy of legal issues.

“Our chief counsel’s been working on making sure that we have the proper guidance,” he added. “We’re going through the regulatory policy and making sure all that’s in place and we can support it.”

Fugate did not address whether the election could be delayed — a question that federal officials said last week is up for states to decide.  Read More…

Bombshell: Owned by Bundler in Shanghai with Business Ties to Chinese Government

by Wynton Hall 8 Oct 2012

In an explosive report set to send shockwaves through official Washington, the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) released a 108-page GAI investigation into the threat of foreign and fraudulent Internet campaign donations in U.S. federal elections (visit to download the full report).

Breitbart News obtained an advance copy of the bombshell report which reveals that the website is not owned by the president’s campaign but rather by Obama bundler Robert Roche, a U.S. citizen living in Shanghai, China. Roche is the chairman of a Chinese infomercial company, Acorn International, with ties to state-controlled banks that allow it to “gain revenue through credit card transactions with Chinese banks.”

Online voter registration surges in CA–220,000 in two weeks

by Stephen Frank on 10/04/2012 ·

Here is has corruption of the voter process works in California.  We already know that illegal aliens, using phony documents get drivers licenses.  Under an amnesty directive (not a legal law) illegal aliens, hundred of thousands in California will be allowed to stay here—free of fear that immigrations laws have any meaning.

Gov. Brown just signed a bill to allow those receiving the Kings, ur, Presidents’ blessings, will be able to get a drivers license in California.  Here is where Obama and Brown promote corrupt elections.

“The new online voter registration system allows citizens whose signature is already on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles to submit their voter registration form to their county elections office electronically via the Internet or a mobile device by visiting”  Read More…

Seek passage of laws prohibiting speech that hurts ‘religious feelings of Muslims’

Published: 11 hours ago

Islamic leaders in Dearborn, Mich. are holding a rally this Friday night to build momentum for the passage of laws that prohibit speech or expression that hurts “the religious feelings of Muslims.”

Put together in response to the film “Innocence of Muslims,” rally organizer Tarek Baydoun said, “We firmly reject the actions by those who abuse the universal right of free speech to sow the seeds of hate and discord against the religious beliefs of others.” Rally co-organizer Osama Siblani added, “There is a need for deterrent legal measures against those individuals or groups that want to damage relations between people, spread hate and incite violence.”  Read More…

Video: “Journalist” Arrested Defacing Pro-Isreal Ad

I can’t quite decide which element of this video is most galling.  Is it that a CNN and MSNBC regular decided to bring a camera crew along to capture her criminal act for posterity?  Or could it be that this one-time Reuters “journalist” clearly has absolutely no concept of what “freedom of speech” actually means?  Perhaps it’s the equation of support for Israel and opposition to violent jihad with “racism.”  Tough call.  I am, however, confident about the best part of this clip: The moment when the obnoxious, unhinged, aggressively ignorant Leftist gets dragged away in handcuffs as passers-by laugh at her self-righteous conniption fit.  Enjoy:   Watch the video and     Read more…

NRA and CRPA Foundation vs. Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens in U. S. District Court

September 13, 2012 – In response to continuing complaints from Orange County firearms owners and Second Amendment civil rights activists, attorneys for the National Rifle Association and the CRPA Foundation have filed a lawsuit against Orange County Sheriff Sandra Hutchens in U. S. District Court.

Orange County citizens should be able to exercise their fundamental right to bear arms, but they are precluded from doing so because they do not have what Sheriff Hutchens uniquely considers “good cause” for a license to carry a firearm in public.  More…

It‘s the ’American Way’: You Will Not Believe What Some Democrats Told Us About Socialism

The word “socialism” is thrown around a lot these days.  Perhaps for good reason.  But the party of bigger government has certainly tried to avoid all references.  Their delegates however, are free to talk.  So we asked them one simple, open ended question while at the Democratic National Convention last week: What do you think about socialism?

Their answers varied, but one theme can be seen throughout the diverse interviews: more government is good.  They also mentioned Canada a lot.  Read More…

Judicial Watch, Allied Educational Foundation File Amicus Curiae Brief with Supreme Court in Support of California Proposition 8 Protecting Marriage

Ninth Circuit Ruling represents a ‘dangerous erosion of the principle of federalism, an anti-democratic limitation on the people’s right to popular initiative and referendum; and a drastic revision of the concept of rational basis in Equal Protection analysis.’

(Washington, DC)Judicial Watch announced today that on August 31, 2012, it filed anamicus curiae (No. 12-144) brief with the United States Supreme Court in conjunction with the Allied Educational Foundation (AEF) in support of California’s Proposition 8, which states that “only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California.” On February 7, 2012, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled Proposition 8 unconstitutional by a vote of 2-1, while failing to address the larger issue of whether same sex couples have a federal constitutional right to marry.

According to the Judicial Watch-AEF amicus brief, opponents of Proposition 8 recognize that Supreme Court precedent is not in their favor and therefore do not want the High Court to settle the case. However, the lower court’s decision “raises important issues of constitutional law which should be heard by this Court.”  More…

30,000 dead registered to vote in N.C.

‘Anybody can walk in and claim to be anyone else’

Published: 11 hours ago

(CHARLOTTE OBSERVER) — A Raleigh-based group devoted to reducing the potential for voter fraud presented the N.C. Board of Elections on Friday with a list of nearly 30,000 names of dead people statewide who are still registered to vote.

The Voter Integrity Project compiled the list after obtaining death records from the state Department of Public Health from 2002 to March 31 and comparing them to the voter rolls.

“Mainly, what we’re concerned about is the potential [for fraud],” said project director Jay DeLancy. “Since there is no voter ID law in North Carolina, anybody can walk in and claim to be anyone else.” Read More…

Christianity & gun owners in the crosshairs: Chilling tactic exposed

Christian gun owners of America, be forewarned

Doug Hagmann Friday August 17th 2012

If you are an outspoken Christian in America, you need to be concerned. If you are an outspoken Christian in America who happens to be a gun owner, you need to be very concerned.  And if you are a Christian gun owner who disagrees with the Progressive anti-Christian agenda in America and have a platform to inform others, you better believe that you are under intense scrutiny. Sound like paranoid propaganda? Read on.

It’s one thing to say that there is a war against Christianity and an active agenda to disarm Americans, but it’s another thing altogether to watch it unfold, up close and personal.  And yet another to actually document an insidious but effective tactic that is presently being used to silence and disarm Christians right here in America. In this report, I will expose a new tactic being used by the atheistic communist supporters of the Obama regime to silence Christian critics and to disarm them at the same time.  Read More…
